Welcome to this 20-minute full-body flow yoga practice for all levels to help improve your strength and flexibility. This class is ideal for people who want to develop core strength to improve movement quality and help them move pain-free. Our core is essential to the health of our spine, and in this class, we go over exercises that are critical to work into your daily routine to help improve the core and health of the spine.
This daily yoga class will help release tension and open their bodies. We’ll begin with a brief meditation focusing on the breath to help calm the mind before moving into a flow focused on the breath to help draw the awareness inward, followed by a standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hips and shoulders to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, neck and upper back.
